ROTA Teknik A.Ş. actively engages in educational services, training numerous technical personnel for the industry by organizing Hydraulic and Pneumatic Special Applied and/or Periodic Training Seminars for Businesses at various educational institutions and industrial establishments.
Education Programs
ROTA Teknik A.Ş. organizes periodic training and "On-Site Training Seminars" tailored to the needs and demands of industrial organizations. These flexible, practice-oriented programs are designed to be compatible with work systems, yielding highly beneficial results through machine-side and hands-on learning. All educational activities feature audiovisual support using the latest technology and are backed by the original training from the Bosch Rexroth group with the "Applied Education Model." On-site training, titled "On System / Machine," produces valuable results in smaller sections. Each training session combines the use of training tools and equipment with instructors' sectoral experiences, setting them apart from similar training. To make training sessions more effective in all branches, participants receive a "Training Book" at the beginning of the program and an "Certificate of Achievement" upon successful completion. A "Training Result Report" is also presented to business management after on-site training.
