ROTA Teknik A.Ş. actively engages in education services, contributing numerous trained technical personnel to the industry by organizing Hydraulic and Pneumatic Special Applied and/or Periodic Training Seminars for businesses at various educational institutions and industrial establishments. The founders of Rota Teknik A.Ş. introduced the first Hydraulic and Pneumatics books at the engineering level to Turkey and led the way in technical and scientific studies within their fields nationwide.
Education Programs
ROTA Teknik A.Ş. organizes periodic training and offers "On-Site Training Seminars" tailored to the needs and demands of various organizations. These flexible and practice-oriented programs yield highly beneficial results with their machine-side and hands-on features. All educational activities are supported with audiovisual aids, leveraging the latest technology and Bosch Rexroth's "Applied Education Model."
On-site training, divided into smaller sections under "Per System or Machine" titles, produce highly useful results. In each training session, the use of training tools and equipment, along with instructors' industry experience, sets these programs apart from similar offerings. To enhance the effectiveness of training in all branches, participants receive a "Training Book" at the beginning and an "Educational Success Certificate" upon completion. Additionally, a "Training Result Report" is presented to business management for on-site training.
