Haenchen
Established in 1925, Haenchen, for which Rota Teknik is Turkey's General Distributor, is a German company specializing in producing hydraulic cylinders, shock absorbers, pressure increasers, and shaft locks.
Hydraulic Cylinders
In addition to standard cylinders, Haenchen offers various options, including hydrostatic bearing cylinders suitable for high-frequency operation. Standard Hydraulic Cylinders range from 25 mm to 300 mm piston diameter, while Test Cylinders can be produced from 4 kN to 1000 kN. There are also standard models and custom-made cylinders based on customer demands.
Hydraulic Shaft Locks
• Haenchen's hydraulic Shaft Locks-Ratio-Clamp® products can be used wherever power outages or malfunctions pose a risk to the safety of people or machines. These shaft locks compress and fix the piston rod in place, requiring no additional power or energy.
Advantages of Haenchen Ratio-Clamp® Spindle Locks
These spindle locks provide fixing for all types of shafts in any position and offer clamping force without energy supply for an unlimited time. They serve as an additional safety component for cylinders/axes that may slip due to gravity. Shaft Locks approved by DGUV (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung - German testing and certification system) are authorized for use in hydraulic presses according to DIN EN 693 and in plastic injection molding machines according to DIN EN 201.
